Refund policy

GetHairMD offers a Money-Back Guarantee to first-time buyers of the GetHairMD Dual Wave Energy Laser Cap. To qualify, users must meet the following conditions:

  1. Treatment Compliance: Maintain at least 80% treatment compliance as recorded in their user dashboard during the first six months (180 days) of use.
  2. Return Request: Submit a return request within the 7th month (between day 180 and day 210 after the first treatment).

GetHairMD will review the user’s compliance data to ensure the 80% compliance requirement has been met.

  • If Compliant: GetHairMD will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for shipping the device back with the RMA number. The return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Once the device is received, GetHairMD will process a refund to the original payment method.
  • If Not Compliant: GetHairMD reserves the right to deny the refund at its sole discretion.

This policy ensures users have a fair opportunity to experience the benefits of the GetHairMD Dual Wave Energy Cap while adhering to the recommended treatment plan.

Please allow at least 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed once it is delivered.

Please note GetHairMD will not accept a return or exchange if a Dual Wave Energy Cap device was purchased from an authorized retailer. Customers who purchased their Dual wave Energy Cap device from an authorized retailer, must contact said authorized retailer to initiate a return, and to receive their refund or exchange.
